Sandee Van Dyke
Sandee began acting at the age of two, with the filming of a
commercial for Disney Channel. Since then, she’s gone on to do over forty
more commercials, even drafting the use of her puppy in one of them.
Of the six movies she’s done, her favorites are The
Judds,(for which she received the Hollywood Reporters Young Star
Award for Best Actress in 1996) and C.I.A. 2: Target,
Alexa in which she first learned how to ride a horse.
On television, she has guest starred on Lois and Clark. While
Superman had to rescue her three times, she says that the episodes snowball fight and
flying scenes have given her fond memories that she will never forget.
Sandee has done extremely well in a field of work that is highly competitive for girls
and offers far fewer roles than are available for boys.
