It all began for Courtnee Draper at age four (4) when a well-intentioned neighbor slipped her $5.00 for an impromptu performance. Right then and there a star was born! In fact, from that moment on, Courtnee began to blossom into a very gifted performer. An early sign of fate was when she began to read by the age of three. Later she started memorizing scenes from TV shows and movies. She loved playing dress-up including make-up and costume changes. By this time she had also figured out performing before audiences offered many benefits. Not only did she enjoy the laughter, tears and well-deserved applause, but also amazingly how the generous donations for performing helped her piggy bank grow.

It was in San Diego that Courtnee developed her passion for theater. Performing in twelve musicals and community theater plays, her favorite was that of the title role in the musical "ANNIE." By this time, Courtnee discovered another love involving this industry--PSA (Public Service Announcements). She was cast as a pregnant teen in "NO WAY TO TREAT A LADY", a traveling sex education program encouraging abstinence of teen sex. Because her personal convictions are so strong against teenagers being sexually active, Courtnee still volunteers as much time as her busy schedule allows to these staged readings at Jr. High and High Schools across the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Furthering her "educational agenda", she also participated in various programs discouraging underage drinking, illicit drug use, and pornography.

In 1995, as the child representative for San Diego County, Courtnee was given the opportunity to perform in front of 3000 spectators at the Hollywood Palladium. As written in the San Diego Scene paper, Courtnee is a "true entertainer--a talented singer/actress/dancer who is a bundle of energy, wit and attitude."

Courtnee then started auditioning for the more challenging roles in Los Angeles, successfully booking numerous commercials for Chevy Venture, Valley Hospital, MCI, OrthAlliance and promos for Disney. Her popularity for public appearances increased which allowed her to expand even further with a Directoral and Choreographer debut in "Babes Off-Broadway" where she was also cast as a soloist and dancer. After completing a Director's Reel for Michael Apostolina called "KIDNAP MADONNA'S BABY," Courtnee booked her first lead role in the feature film, "THE DUKE," starring opposite James Doohan and John Neville. Other film roles include co-starring in "TOM SAWYER," "THE ROOM," and the lead in "HANNA" Television performances include "HOME IMPROVEMENT," "PACIFIC BLUE," plus several others. She also starred in a Disney MOW, "THE THIRTEENTH YEAR." Courtnee was then cast as series regular Morgan Hudson in the Disney super-hit series, "THE JERSEY." During her last hiatus from "THE JERSEY," Courtnee completed a new Disney MOW "STEP-SISTER FROM THE PLANET WEIRD," which will premiere on June 17^th.

Adamant toward perfecting her skills even further, Courtnee continues her training in many capacities. When not on the set of "THE JERSEY," she also attends the Orange County High School of the Arts where she is studying musical theater while maintaining a 3.9 GPA. Like most teenagers, Courtnee enjoys shopping and talking on the phone. Her hobbies include bowling, water sports, snow skiing, horseback riding, soccer, basketball and even football-willing to try anything that challenges her.
